Programme Leaders Course
Summary
This skills bootcamp will encourage creativity and innovation in the development of new sustainable practice and demonstrate areas of best practice for new and aspiring programme leads. It will adopt a pragmatic approach that also recognises and addresses the scale of challenges faced by the University. This bootcamp will equip you with the core skills to drive better results, including:
- Facing challenges, personal resilience and driving change
- Peer review of practice
- Curriculum design and AI
Learn from the experiences of senior colleagues such as Kate Strudwick as they share their insights and effective strategies.
